Planed to purchase this couch after making a lap to see a couple employees shooting the breeze. Sat on the couch for 5 minutes to Zero service or acknowledging us. SO WE LEFT. (Grande Prairie Location) Don't recommend if you want to be served. Okay if you want Self-serve....Sad most likely to Never Return.
The store manager, John Carter, is absolutely the best customer service person I have ever encountered in any kind of businesses. Not only was he helpful and understanding with my problem, he went above and beyond to help me, even though he didn't have to as it wasn't exactly his store's issue I was dealing with. He made a great impression and when I am in need of any appliances or furniture in the future, I will be stopping by the Grande Prairie store to do so. People like John Carter are the ones that give your business (The Brick) the greatest reputation. Thank you for recognizing and rewarding these people and putting them in the valued and appropriate positions.
Went into the Brick today to check out a few household items for my new place. I was restricted with a budget. Heena Angral showed me quite a few options and showed me a matching sofa and chair that exceeded my expectations for a price that fit in my budget. Awesome and extremely helpful sales lady. I will be back to find a bed, mattress set and a TV stand!
Excellent service at The Brick Grande Prairie from Derrick on December 11 2023. I am unable to give 5 stars however because our couch and coffee table were not delivered when we were told they would be. We were told by 2 different sales associates at The Brick Grande Prairie that our couch/coffee table would be available for pick up on Saturday Dec 23 from the Dawson Creek Brick location. In anticipation of this, we sold our old couch to make space for the new couch, only to find out after that our new couch wasn't going to arrive in Dawson Creek until Dec 27 2023. This has left us without a couch for 5 days and over the Christmas holidays as well. Although I would love to give Derrick 5 stars I simply cannot given this situation we are in now.
Grande Prairie Brick please ensure that your employees are aware of the delivery dates of the Dawson Creek store as they are not the same as the Grande Prairie store. Obviously there is some miscommunication going on between stores.
